What is Rutina?
Much of the work in cleaning, canteens and operations is still done on paper, in spreadsheets and in the heads of a few people. Rutina brings simple digital tools for exactly those jobs together in one place.
The tools are built together with the people who do the work, and every tool must save time without lowering quality.
Who is behind it
My name is Sean Kjetil Nordbø, and I work with cleaning, canteens and operations in facility management. I build Rutina together with a small group of invited testers who use the tools in their daily work. The goal is simple: less paperwork and double work, and more time for the job itself.

Saves time on the whole job
Less rework, fewer errors and no double entry.
Everything in one place
You find the tools gathered here. One shared login is on the way.
Made for the phone
Where the work happens. Also works on PC and tablet.
Your language
Norwegian, English and Danish. Your organisation chooses which languages are available.
Knowledge that stays
Routines and expertise live in the tool, not just with those who have worked longest.
Careful with data
Each organisation sees only its own data, and we do not use it to train AI.
Access
Testingfor specially invited users only
Rutina is currently being tested by a small group of specially invited users. The tools are not open to everyone yet.
- Free during testing
- Only for those who are invited
- Norwegian, English and Danish
Feedback from the test decides what we build next.
Safe from login to storage
How the solution is built, and what we have done to secure it. AI is a helper inside the tools, not a product of its own.
- 1 You log in With email and password. Remember me only applies to the device you use.
- 2 The server checks Every request is checked: who you are, and what you are allowed to do.
- 3 Data is kept apart Each tool has its own database, and you only see what you have access to.
- 4 AI only gets what it needs Your question and the course material. Not the database, and not for training.

- Can be wrongCheck important answers, and ask a person when you are unsure.

Questions and answers
What is this?
A shared entrance to simple digital tools for cleaning, canteens and operations. Today: Cleaning instructor and INSTA 800 level 2. Site survey, costing, annual plan and equipment are being explored or at idea stage.
How do I get access?
Rutina is in testing, and for now only specially invited users have access. If you have received an invitation, you log in to each tool with the account you were given.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. The AI service we use does not train its models on the content, and the AI helper only gets what it needs to answer.
What does it cost?
Nothing for those taking part in the test.
Which languages are available?
Norwegian, English and Danish are planned. You choose your language.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The tools are made for the phone first and also work on PC and tablet.
Do the training tools replace hands-on training?
No. They make theory, demonstration and practice easier. Practical skills must still be practised and followed up on the job.
